All of our products are crafted with quality and durability; however, if you are not satisfied with your order, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or store credit.

BEFORE returning merchandise for exchange or store credit, please give us a call at 972-562-7077 so we know we are expecting your package. We do not reimburse for shipping. 

Items may be returned for an exchange or store credit based on the following:

  • Must be received in new condition – unwashed, unworn, unaltered, makeup free, deodorant free, smoke free, stain free and with tags ATTACHED.
  • All sales of merchandise that has been marked down are FINAL.
  • Merchandise must be postmarked within 8 days of the confirmed delivery date shown on your order’s tracking number.  Should you exchange an item after this time frame, we can NOT accept it.
  • Boots or shoes cannot have any scratches on the bottom, we recommend trying them on in a carpeted area. Any visible wear and tear on boots will not be accepted for a exchange or store credit. When trying on boots, be sure to walk only in carpeted areas until you are sure that your boots fit correctly.To feel if your boots fit right, we recommend to wear them at least 5 minutes. Your body temperature heats the boot leather for a right/comfortable fit. Cold leather tends to feel stiff and uncomfortable. Thin socks/thin boot socks are recommended.
  • Please include the original receipt with your packing slip.
  • The only exception for the Exchange/Store Credit deadline is for Christmas Gift Orders that are placed during November 1st & December 24th.  ALL Christmas Exchange/Store Credit Orders must be post marked by the 29th of January.


When exchanging/store credited merchandise, we strongly suggest using a recognized carrier (such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and insure your items for the full purchase price. Orisons is not liable for lost or stolen product.

Due to order volume & the high risk of sellouts we ARE NOT ALWAYS ABLE TO process exchanges. Please call the store asap.


We realize this time of year items are being purchased as gifts to be given on Christmas we are extending the time frame. All items purchased in the month of November/December as Christmas gifts must be back by January 29th to be eligible for exchange or store credit. Please call or email us.


Items discounted 50% off or more are considered FINAL SALE.  Please ask any questions you might have before you purchase sale merchandise so you will be sure the item will work for you.  We are here to help!
